About this painting

The town of Newport Beach has always offered a relaxing, carefree air to those who visit.

I like to represent a spot where a bite to eat, a good view and a hassle-free environment exists. The Stuft Surfer Cafe at 15th and Oceanfront on Balboa Peninsula, along with a handful of other nearby establishments, exude a friendly and home-town feel for locals and tourists alike.

The name most likely originated from the former well-known restaurant and bar near the Cannery, the Stuft TShirt.  And that restaurant had originally taken the name as a spoof from the Stuft Shirt, an upscale restaurant on Pacific Coast Highway that was the place to be in the 60s and 70s.

Order handling

All artwork is carefully rolled and packaged in sturdy tubing. Multiple artwork orders may require more than one shipping tube.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped from California. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Art by Scott Kennedy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
