About the drawing

With paper and pen in hand, I had been wandering around Sonderborg to take in the scenery. Reaching a grassy field above the harbor, I encountered this scene.

My vantage provided clear viewing of the southern inlet to the Alssund and the harbor. This narrow waterway separates the island-side of Sonderborg from the mainland-side.

Sonderborg Castle features as the prominent landmark. Further to the left – and not seen in this image – sits the drawbridge that connects Als to Jutland. Ships must wait to pass here in order to transit the sound.

Order handling

All artwork is carefully rolled and packaged in sturdy tubing. Multiple artwork orders may require more than one shipping tube.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped from California. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Art by Scott Kennedy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
