About the painting “Flowers of Maneadero”

I chose oils to render the flowers of Maneadero. The oils instantly gave me the bright and pure hues that I needed to accurately capture the vibrancy and saturation of the colors surrounding me.

While searching for the optimal viewpoint from which to render this scene, I found a pile of cement rubble that had been dumped at the end of a small street in the dusty village of Maneadero,  just south of Ensenada. From atop the rubble, I overlooked this flat alluvial plain that bore so many flowers and produce.

The end of the Punta Banda peninsula sits in the background and surrounds All Saints Bay. The island “Todos Santos” also appears offshore.

Order handling

All artwork is carefully rolled and packaged in sturdy tubing. Multiple artwork orders may require more than one shipping tube.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped from California. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Art by Scott Kennedy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
