About this painting

When I needed a place to haul Svanen, my wooden ketch, I found Criteser Moorage. At this small yard, located a few miles up the Yaquina River at Toledo, I could work on the boat myself.

The yard was primarily suited for fishing and work boats – and not for yachts. There were many fishing boats moored permanently next to the yard. I felt right at home as my ketch was actually a converted Danish working vessel.

After I finished cleaning and painting my boat – and before heading back downstream – I made time to create this painting.

Order handling

All artwork is carefully rolled and packaged in sturdy tubing. Multiple artwork orders may require more than one shipping tube.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped from California. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Art by Scott Kennedy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
